The roots of our guide service can be traced back to 1953. In that year, the guide went 100%. We'll not try to pretend we know as much as the previous owners did. We will probably never compete with the success enjoyed by Trapper Himes Bear Camp.
In case you didn't know, we lost Dale on August 13th. 2011. I had guided with him since 2004 and would like to try to continue the tradition.
Although we'll guide under a new name, we will use the knowledge that was passed to me from a great individual.

You'll be responsible for your own lodging, meals, transportation, and taking care of your bear after harvest.

This is the full package.
We have room for campers to set up but do not offer hook-ups for power or water. Limited freezer space is available first to the hunters in the cabin then to others.

| $400.00 NONREFUNDABLE deposit required when you book
your hunt no exceptions. Atv's required to get to some baits. Call or e-mail with any questions. Extra help available to bait only hunters is $40/hr. There is meat processing and taxidermy available. Camo hunting clothing and a face net is a great idea. Therma cells work great also. |
